What Makes Our Frickles Fabulous?
We take the Southern fry and give it a West Coast flavor.
- We fry our pickle chips in 100% canola oil.
- Our Frickle batter is a blend of tempura, panko and Lagunitas ale.
- They are crispy and crunchy, not greasy.
- Our dips are made with healthy yogurt, mostly Straus Organic. Our Green tomatoes are grown locally, both natural and organic. Our spices are all natural too.
- The dips are made by us, fresh daily. The flavors rotate by event. Just a few to name are Cukaracha Sriracha, Curry Mustard, Sweet Asian Plum, Uncle Juan's Mole-Q', and American Ranch.
